Ampfield Riding Stables
Ampfield Riding Stables offers riding instruction for ages 3 years old to 80 years old. The school’s ponies and horses, combined with enthusiastic instructors aim to provide you with not only expert tuition but fun.
Owner, Gerda Weston has an excellent reputation in helping riders to reach their full potential. Gerda worked with the Royal Family’s horses before starting her teaching career in 1972. Once her daughter Anna Beck started competing in 1986 Gerda devoted her time in training Anna to the highest level.
The school provides training from complete beginners to advanced in flatwork and showjumping. The group lessons are small, with no more than 4 – 6 in a group. All groups will be made up of similar standards.
