Collacott Equestrian Centre

Collacott Equestrian Centre  is considered one of The UK’s Best Horse Riding Holidays! Located in North Devon with eight self catering holiday cottages in North Devon, which are ideal for family holidays, weekend breaks and UK horse riding holidays. Sleeping from 2-12 people, the holiday cottages are warm and inviting and provide the ideal base for exploring Exmoor, North Devon’s dramatic coastline, Dartmoor and Tarka Country.

Collacott holiday cottages in Devon are set in the heart of North Devon’s beautiful unspoilt countryside, near the pretty thatched village of Kings Nympton, voted “Village of the year 1999”. Collacott has been a small Devon cottage holiday complex for the past 30 years. The complex is set back from a quiet country lane, and is approached by a long drive, making it a safe environment for all, especially children. Each holiday cottage has its own private fenced garden.  And although it is off the beaten tourist track it is within easy reach of Exmoor with its wild ponies, deer and sheep, plus the rugged north coastline with its dramatic cliffs or the long sandy beaches of the west coast.

Collacott Equestrian Centre is a BHS (British Horse Society) Approved Riding School which can cater for all ages and abilities on a range of well-schooled quality horses and ponies. Libby, the  resident Instructor, is available for group or private lessons so you can learn to ride, or improve your riding skills, in the safety of the all weather arena, or hack out through the pretty Devon lanes.
