Berriewood Farm
Berriewood Farm is situated 7 miles south of Shrewsbury. It covers over 100 acres of farmland, which has been in the Lock family for over 100 years. Horses have always played an important part in the family business.
The riding school opened in 1980. Facilities include two outdoor surfaces, an indoor school, lecture rooms and cross country courses.
The centre offers tuition to adults and children over 11 years of age. Career training and BHS Examinations. There are also open competitions held at the farm. The Rea Valley Riding for the Disabled group meets regularly at Berriewood.
Various livery options are available as are hire of facilities, both privately and to Pony / Riding Clubs.
