Eccleston Equestrian Centre
Eccleston Equestrian Centre, established in 1977, is the North West’s leading riding centre, offering quality tuition to all standards of riders with BHS Qualified Staff. Situated at Ulnes Walton which is easily accessible from both M61 and M6 motorway network and is close to main towns of Preston, Leyland and Southport.
Cateing for beginner riders on quiet sensible horses and ponies, and for the more advanced riders a variety of well-schooled animals are available, to progress and improve flat, dressage and jumping. During the year shows and competitions, training days and kids pony days as well as BHS exams, affiliated dressage competitions are held, as are clinics with top riders and trainers on their own specialised disciplines. Eccleston Equestrian Centre is, also a Pony club member.
The facilities at Eccleston Equestrian Centre are superb and include a large 23 x 60m indoor arena. An outdoor 20 x 40m arena with floodlights. Both schools are available for private hire. An on site lecture room and cafe are just a few of the excellent facilities. Eccleston Equestrian Centre is et with 23 acres of grassland, which is used in during the summer months for hacking.
