Linn Park Equestrian Centre
Linn Park Equestrian Centre is a part of New Ark support & activity centre. A charitable social enterprise supporting young people from all backgrounds by running a horse riding club with 30+ members and 13 horses.
The main purpose of the centre is to create an ongoing environment for children both local and looked after (in the care system). By providing a safe, nurturing and pro-developmental environment, many children change for better. Beginning with small achievable goals, each child is encouraged to constantly learn and develop their skills, whether they be horse related, personal skill related or general learning.
Linn Park Equestrian Centre is run by Lynn Miller, and her team of dedicated and inspirational young people which makes the centre a place where it’s a home from home, and somewhere safe where the young people can be who they want to be.
