Pevlings Farm Riding and Livery Stables
Pevlings Farm Riding and Livery Stables, established in 1985, the riding school’s aim has always been to provide a safe, friendly and informal stables where you can learn to ride and look after a horse/pony. Licensed by South Somerset District Council and approved by The ABRS (Association of British Riding Schools) and BHS (British Horse Society). Pevlings Farm is also a Pony Club Centre and the centre is Clubmark accredited.
Pevlings Farm cater for all ages and a variety of abilities. Lessons are offered in groups or individually on carefully selected horses and ponies, and beginners are welcome! The instructors at Pevlings Farm have a wealth of knowledge and experience to make your ride enjoyable and informative. Whilst the centre mainly caters for children there are many opportunities for adults. There is, however a weight limit of 12 stone.
Alongside the riding school there are 2 stable blocks for DIY liveries. Outside, riding lessons in flatwork or jumping are offered in a floodlit all-weather 40m x 20m arenas. In the summer hacking is available in the centre’s fields, quiet country lanes and bridlepaths.
