Woolacombe Riding Stables
Woolacombe Riding Stables nestles in the valley of Woolacombe in North Devon. In 2015, Woolacombe Beach voted best beach the in the UK, 4th in Europe, 14th in the world and are the only riding stables Parkin Estates has licensed to ride the length of Woolacombe Beach.
The centre is BHS (British Horse Society) and Pony Club approved, and has recently become the 1st Riding stables to become Clubmark accredited in North Devon. Apart from the staff having their BHS qualifications all full time staff have emergency first aid and child protection certificates. The centre enjoys teaching and introducing adults and children to horse riding. All pupils are encouraged to complete their Pony Club and British Horse Society achievement certificates in stable management and horse riding.
The stables are situated at Eastacott Farm and visitors can ride over 200 acres of countryside as well as additional rides across the sand dunes at Woolacombe and over the 3 mile long stretch of golden sandy beach. Located only a few hundred metres from from the village of Woolacombe via a public footpath or a 5 minute drive by car.
