#10 Invasor
Although he only ran in twelve races during his career, Invasor won eleven times but still managed to earn big!
Career Earnings: $7.8 Million
#9 Black Caviar
A filly from Australia, who competed in twenty-five races during her career from 2009 to 2013 and won all.
Career Earnings: $7.95 Million
#8 Fantastic Light
Born in the United States, Fantastic Light was raised by Saeed bin Suroor in Dubai. He won 12 races including the Breeders’ Cup Turf race in 2001.
Career Earnings: $8.4 Million
#7 Skip Away
Skip Away won eighteen of his 38 races and placed in the top three in all but four races. Sadly, he died in 2010 from a heart attack but his legacy lives on as retirement was spent at stud.

#6 Cigar
While considered infertile and therefore enjoying an uneventful retirement. Cigar was very successful in his run in the middle part of the 1990s. He won 16 straight races in his career and was in the top three in all but five of his 33 races.

Zenno Rob Roy is a thoroughbred in Japan who raced in the early part of the 2000s. He nearly died in 2007 from equine flu which has diminished his stud fee but is still alive and breeding.

Curlin won eleven of his sixteen races and finish out of the top three only once. He was the winner of the 2007 Preakness Stakes and Breeders’ Cup Classic, as well as the 2008 Dubai Cup.
Now at stud, Curlin has helped to father more than a hundred horses and has an estimated stud fee of $70,000.

#3 Deep Impact
Deep Impact is another Japanese entry, who was active in the early 2000s. During his time, he won the 2005 Japanese Triple Crown, and became the first horse to do this in more than a decade and one of only seven in history.

Born in the United Kingdom, Makybe Diva was trained in Australia. She raced for four years and won the Melbourne Cup three times, the only horse to do so in the race’s 150-plus-year history.
A statue of her can be found in the wealthy coastal town of Port Lincoln, South Australia.

#1 T M Opera O
Finding success both on and off the track, T M Opera O has produced a number of horses at stud days but it’s his track record that makes him so impressive.
The chestnut thoroughbred from Japan competed in 26 races from 1999 to 2001, finishing in the top three in all but three of those races.
He won seven high-paying Grade I races during his career including the Japan Cup, the spring and autumn editions of the Tenno Sho race and two Kyoto Daishoten races.
While he has produced numerous horses, his steller track performance accounts for most of his career earnings.
